Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Sprouted Oats I like OneDegree brand, but rolled oats work fine too
- 1/2 cup whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup flour I use sprouted wheat flour
- 2 large bananas
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp nut butter peanut, cashew, almond
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cinnamon I love Ceylon cinnamon the most
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dash salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mash bananas then add honey, nut butter, Ceylon cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix.
- Next add in oats, protein powder, flour, and any other ingredients you’d like. We chose chocolate chips, but you can add raisins, pecans, cranberries, coconut flakes, etc.
- Place onto cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 mins or until golden brown on the edges.
- Let them cool for 5 mins and enjoy!
