Ingredients
For the seasoning blend:
- 6 tbsp dried oregano
- 6 tbsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
- 2 tbsp black pepper freshly cracked
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 4 tsp sea salt
To serve:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmasan optional
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tsp seasoning blend
Instructions
- Create your seasoning blend by combining oregano, basil, thyme, red pepper flakes, black pepper, onion powder, and sea salt in an airtight jar or container. Stir to combine seasonings.
- Seal and store seasoning blend for up to 6 months in the pantry.
To serve:
- To make your dipping oil, measure out 2 tsp of the seasoning blend into a serving bowl or plate.
- Add olive oil, grated parmesan, and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
- Serve with toasted bread, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover herb oil in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to a week.
